Personalization and How To order:
- "New Artwork"
- For company logos and custom designs, if we do not have your artwork on file select under the "Option 1" button "New Artwork" and email us a black and white copy of your logo at info@etchingmaster.com.
- Please note there is a one time flat artwork charge of $39.00. If a file needs extensive cleaning additional charges may be necessary, however you will be informed before additional charges are applied.
- "Artwork On File"
- If we engraved your logo or design before under the "option 1" button choose "Artwork On File". You don't need to resend your artwork or pay a setup charge again.
- "Special Artwork"
- If you do not have a logo or a design, we can provide you with one of our predesigned artworks for a special occasion. There is an additional fee of $10.00.
Proofs:
Once we receive your order a proof will be sent to your email address. For Rush Orders - Proofs will be sent out within 36 hours, Standard Orders will receive a proof with 5-7 business days.
